Superstar Mammootty's upcoming project with writer - director Renjith will kick start very soon. Though planned as a movie based on T P Rajeevan's murder-investigation story that happened at the early seventies, the makers of this new film Palery Maanikyam is planning to give a new face lift to the movie's story premises.Mammootty will appear in this film as an investigator who is coming from the nation's capital to investigate on the murder of a man named Manikyam. It is hearing that the director of this film, Renjith is planning to hold the first schedule of shoot for the movie at Paris. This thriller movie will be produced by A V Anoop and Subair under the banners of A V A Productions and Varnachithra Big screen respectively
